The dining area offers a comfortable space for 6 guests to enjoy their meals, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen needs no words! With stunning lighting, neutral counters, gleaming appliances. This space is fully equipped with all the dining ware you'll need to enjoy this space as your own. With this, you have the flexibility to dine in or dine out during your stay.

This is a private home and as such does not have access to Fins Up Club nor the Fitness Center that are on the Margaritaville grounds. Pools are for residents at the resorts only, not to renters; Guests DO NOT have access to the owners-only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities- called Fins Up Club. However, there is a water park within walking distance to the Villa! Check the H20 waterpark in Kissimmee, Fla. website for availability. You can also check a website called resortpass for neighboring hotels offering pool access.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and 10 miles from Universal Studios. Our guests have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

SUNSET WALK is a fast 15-minute walk away and has just about everything your group desires. From modern shopping experiences, dining, and entertainment, this area is sure to entertain. The Sunset Walk complex hosts the H20 Waterpark, dozens of notable restaurants, a dine-in movie area, video arcade, live music, market, spa, and MORE!
