About the owner: Massachusetts residents just purchased this home to spend some time in Florida but not yet ready to be snow birds! Looking for a single renter for a month at a time up to 3/4 months December, January, February , March for in season snow bird renters.
Why this property? We fell in love with this home the moment we walked in - hoping you will have the same experience. We spent a month in Cape Coral this year and fell in love with the area so bought a house!
