Requires a calendar month minimum stay. May be rented for up to 6 months. Background check must be completed by the Barefoot Beach association, non-refundable check of $150.

My husband and I rented unit 304 at Barefoot Beach for four months while awaiting renovation of our property in Fort Myers Beach following the hurricanes. The unit was very comfortable and provided us with everything we needed, The rooms are very spacious and tastefully and beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. Olga and Nicholas, the management agency, accommodated our every need and responded promptly to inquiries throughout our stay,
