Why this property? This is a new house from 2022 in a great location to enjoy Florida Eternal Summer.
Cape Coral is a place to relax, go to the beach either to Cape Coral Beach" the closest one", Sanibel Beach/ Captiva Beach/ Fort Myer Beach, or go to the Sun & Splash Water Park. Cape Coral has multiple parks to do different activities (i.e. Fishing/ Biking, Walking, etc).
Snowbirds are welcome for 3-6 months rental.
