Vivante is a beautiful gated community in Charlotte Harbor in west Punta Gorda on the Southern Gulf. There are many nearby golf courses and beaches. Punta Gorda is a quaint but well appointed small town-if you’re looking for a peaceful, warm, sunny winter this is for you. Kick back on a beach, go on shelling tours, or fishing tours, play some golf/tennis/pickleball, relax in the pool or hot tub, and enjoy live music and delicious meals. Only five minutes to downtown or three minutes to Fishermen’s Village.

Why this property? We searched and searched-until we found the best condo, with the best amenities, in Punta Gorda. It’s absolutely the best you’ll find. We love the location (safer during TS and hurricanes) and Punta Gorda is simply amazing-not the college crowd-quaint and Charming-laid back and beautiful. So are the people.
