Once lease agreement is signed, there will be no refunds to tenant. However, we understand that sometimes beyond your control, plans change. If cancellation is received in writing 90 or more days before occupancy we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $500 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
An absolutely perfect home!
My family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed in the Pink Paradise home from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve. I was tentative at first because I have never heard of Florida Rentals. I am familiar with rental companies like VRBO and AirBnb and I was unsure if Florida Rentals was legit or not, I reached out to Ellie and Tim who take care of the property. They could not have been more gracious and easy to work with. By going through Florida Rentals, I saved about $900 in fees that the other companies add on.The home was meticulous, spacious and extremely comfortable! Every room in the house (except for the bathrooms) had a brand new extra large smart TV. The kitchen had every appliance necessary including storage containers, an excellent coffee machine and brand new appliances. All of the beds were very comfortable and had new bedding and lots of pillows. The beach towels and bath towels were ample and luxurious. The garage had two brand new bikes, locks, beach chairs and an excellent beach cooler. There were enough supplies provided to get a family of 5 through the first week including bar soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, etc. Best of all was the pool and hot tub! We were able to adjust the settings in the hot tub as needed through an ipad inside the home. As far a location; it was perfect. We could walk to two beaches (about a 15 min walk). Every possible shopping and eating establishment is within a 5-10 minute drive.We would definitely rent this house again especially if Tim and Ellie are still the property managers. They were VERY attentive to every need.
