About the owner: I am the Realtor/Property manager representing this beautiful vacation home in the desirable Naples Park area of Vanderbilt Beach. If you stay with us once, you'll be coming back every year. We take care of everything to make sure your visit is memorable. We love and live in this area, so we are easy to get hold of when you need us.
This home is very well kept and maintained, is only 1 mile from the white sugar sand of Vanderbilt beach and we are pet friendly too.
My partner Tim and I represent buyers, sellers, investors and builders in all their real estate needs.
Why this property? The open and inviting floor plan, the high ceilings, the spacious living room and best of all is the amazingly spacious and screened lanai.

Cancellation Policy?
Once the lease is signed, there are no refunds. However we are in the service business so if you need to cancel, we are happy to put those dates on the market as available and we will try our best to get someone to replace your dates. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $500.00 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
It really all depends on when we get notice of cancellation. If we receive the cancellation 60 days or more, it would be enough time to find a replacement. However, if we receive a cancellation 30 days before occupancy, it would be challenging to find a replacement tenant.
