The Owners Suite includes a King size bed, 55 inch wall mounted television, large closets and on-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, large closet and 55 inch wall mounted television. A second bathroom with bathtub shower is right outside the door. The expansive kitchen area includes white cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island that seats 4 comfortably. The dining area boasts a round, white quartz table that seats 6. The living area includes a 65 inch wall mounted television, 2 leather swivel recliners and a large couch. The lanai features a loveseat, table, 2 chairs and a beverage refrigerator. The unit also includes a full size washer and dryer and a reserved, covered parking spot.
Heritage Landing is approximately 20 minutes away from downtown Punta Gorda. The quaint area offers many locally owned restaurants and shops. Water activities including boating and fishing excursions can be arranged at Punta Gorda's Fisherman's Village as well as Burnt Store Marina. The beautiful white sand Gulf Coast beaches are a short 45 minute drive away. The area is easily accessible from both the Punta Gorda and Fort Myers airports.
This is a non-smoking / non-vaping, dog friendly rental. Community restrictions limit dogs to no more than 2 per condominium.
