Area Information

Our Condo is located between Cape Coral/Fort Myers and Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte.
An hours drive to Captiva and Sanibel.
Forty Five minutes on the 75 to Siesta Key.
Charter fishing from Pine Island (Pine Island is coming back after hurricane Ian)
Some excellent restaurants s near and far. Burnt Store Marina for one.
Cape Harbour, have some wonderful restaurants, Run Runners and Fathoms, both over look the water.
Pine Island the Pink Flamingo, plus others at either end of the Island
It all depends on your tastes! and how far you wish to travel.

Farmers Markets everywhere.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Pickle ball, tennis, spa, work area, plus events going on all the time.
