The Cortez Dolphin Club is a spacious 3 Bedroom Two Bath that sleeps 8. Located is Sunny Shores Neighborhood with Access to Sunny Shores Park with quaint beach on the bay. A boat ramp is also available. Heated Swim Spa, Walk or bike to our favorite restaurants such as Swordfish, Star Fish Co, Annies Bait and Tackle, Tide Tables. Ride your bike across the Cortez bridge and pass all of the beach traffic, on a bike you are only 5 min away!
The space
Our Property is located in Sunny Shores, a secluded community right off of Cortez Road. There is a boat ramp at the end of the road, and Sunny Shores Park offers a small beach and picnic area with public grills and picnic tables. Located on the tranquil Palma Sola Bay.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the entire house, Patio, Porches, and Swim Spa.

Area Information

Sunny Shores is a secluded neighborhood right off Cortez Road. The neighborhood is on the bay, and Sunny Shores Public Park is at the end of the road. Also available is a boat ramp, our lot features plenty of parking for one boat and one suv, or two full size SUV's and no boat.
