We actually lived in this home for almost a year while we were looking for a new place to purchase after moving up from Key West. The house is spacious and clean. We were able to have our boat at the house on the water which was very convenient. The back deck was wonderful for sunset happy hours! Tera and Ryan were great landlords, if we had an issue it was resolved quickly and they were always great about it. We liked that the area wasn’t super crowded but also convenient to everything we needed. We highly recommend their home.
