Cancellation Policy for Reservations December through April
Free cancellation for 30 days after 1st deposit is made - Get back 100% of what you paid.
No refunds for over 30 days from confirmed reservation. We are happy to put those dates on the market as available and we will try our best to get someone to replace your dates. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $500.00 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
It really all depends on when we get notice of cancellation. If we receive the cancellation 60 days or more, it would be enough time to find a replacement. However, if we receive a cancellation 30 days before occupancy, it would be challenging to find a replacement tenant.
