Seabattical is tucked in a quiet established neighborhood on the gulf side of the North Cape. It was completely refreshed in 2024. Everything in it is new! This is a unique two bedroom, three bath home with a wrap around deck, private inground pool surrounded by a lush landscape and fenced yard. Open and airy are the best words to describe this cozy home. High end appliances and gold hardware accent the beautiful finishes. It’s small, but classy and luxurious.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The TH Stone Memorial State Park and all its untouched tropical nature is just three short miles north (a short bike ride or walk). The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a full-service marina.

•Reverse Osmosis water line for drinking and ice maker. Whole house water softener.

Pets are prohibited at this home. Nightly pool heat is available for $50/night. This home comes with a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed.
