The kitchen has a full size white quartz countertops, oven and range, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and cabinets filled with high quality dishes, glassware and cookware including pots and pans, a coffeemaker and quality cutlery and bakeware. Enjoy sea breeze and views from your fully furnished double balcony.

Cancelation Policy:
Guests may cancel reservations for a full refund if cancelation notice is received 90 days before the check in date or within 48 hours of booking. Guest must provide written notice by email and contact the owner via phone call when cancelling.
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival or after 48 hours from booking, 50% of payment due will be non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival all advanced funds and payments will be non-refundable.
Owner may cancel this agreement at least 60 days prior to check-in date, and all advance funds will be refunded to renters. Owners shall not be responsible for any costs guests may incur for travel or other arrangements in the event of cancellation by Owner or Guests.

Great condo in Tradewinds. Updates throughout, beach side with gulfview. Sunsets! Overlooks the pool. They had everything we needed. The host, Dianelys, was a delight to deal with. The building had recently had all the common areas updates. The pool had just been redone. We had a great stay aside from cooler than normal temperatures but 60's beat the teens any day! Would definitely stay again. Thank you Dianelys for sharing your place in paradise.

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment on Marco Island! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and stunning sunset views.The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a fully stocked kitchen.
