About the owner: We're Anne & Tim Lyons, owners of the Ocean State School of Gymnastics in Lincoln Rhode Island have been married and in business together since 1980. Visiting friends in the Fort Myers Beach area for the past 35 years has given us an affection to the area and have always wanted to purchase a condo on the beach for personal use a few times a year as well as for investment purposes. We have been landlords in RI for the past 40 years and have decided to move our property investing south. We have been looking at possible properties in the area for years and believe we've found our gem.
Why this property? Property is on the beach. The common areas and grounds are maintained beautifully. Easy access to Bonita Springs and Naples. Great management!
