- Master Bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, flat screen tv, walk-in closet and beautiful view of the lake behind the condo, with access to the lanai. En-Suite master bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a separate tub.
- Guest room #1 has a queen bed, a dresser, and large closet.
- Guest room #2 has a queen bed, and an armoire.
- Shared guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
- Complete laundry room that includes washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, ironing board, vacuum and has direct access to the one-car garage.

- We are a 5-minute walk to the large Clubhouse heated pool, Tennis courts, Baseketball court, Pickleball court, playground, hot-tub, grill area, Fitness rooms, Billiards, catering kitchen and Clubhouse!
-Gate access to Yarbrough 10-Mile Linear Park for biking & walking trails is located at the back of the community.
- Unit is equipped with Impact Glass windows and electronic Hurricane Shutters on the lanai.
- All utilities included (up to a maximum of $200/mth) Any amount exceeding this will be billed directly to renter.
Important Information about HOA and Rental Requirements:
- Bell Tower is a secure community with an HOA application process to be completed 30 days in advance. The Bell Tower Park HOA requires a background check for all renters.
- There is an application fee (~$100) that is collected during the online application process. This process can take up to 20 days and instructions will be provided upon booking.
- The HOA requires that units are rented for a minimum of 30 days.
- The minimum age to rent is 25.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, is strictly prohibited on the property including the lanai.
- Pets are not allowed, and parties or overnight guests exceeding the maximum allowed are not permitted.
- We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. Renter agrees to wash and dry all towels and bed sheets prior to leaving the unit at the end of their rental period.
- The property is equipped with a motion-activated security camera (RING doorbell) located at the front door and records sound and video. Do not cover or tamper with this device.
- Please respect the city’s noise ordinances, which prohibit noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Renter.
- All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests are responsible for all damages incurred to the property or its contents during their stay.
- Park in driveway only. Parking on the road or in the guest areas is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking passes may be obtained at community office.

- Deposit is refundable if home is left in condition as when it was received.
- Additional replacement fee will be incurred if major or small appliances are damged by renter.
- Additonal replacement fee will be incurred if living room or master bedroom TV(s) are damaged by the renter.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES and Discounts:
- A deposit of $500 USD is due upon acceptance of the rental agreement.
- 50% of remaining balance is due within 30 days of the rental agreement and remainder of all fees due within 60 days in advance of stay.
- If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of rental.
- If you cancel between 0 to 30 days there will be no refunds.
- Initial deposit is Non-Refundable
- Short-term lease and background check application from HOA is required and separate fee paid on their website.
- 5% Veterans, Military discount (minimun stay 45 days)
- 5% Canadian Snow-bird discount (minimun stay 45 days)
