You can watch the boats cruise by in Caxambas Pass, see the dolphins play just off the shore, and view the same beaches that are destinations for shelling tours... all from the comfort of the the deck on this condo. Or you can use the beach, shaded by palm trees, to do all the same things.

Park in the included covered space and move in, you will be settled in and ready to relax in very short order with all the furnishings that are included. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. The tennis/pickleball courts, dock, and community spaces (including sauna) will be at your disposal.

The outdoor spaces include a pool, hot tub, and deck area. These areas are currently under construction, but we expect those amenities to be ready for use by the end of 2024.

This condo is at the southern end of the island, where the traffic is very quiet. Caxambas Park is a short walk to the east, and access to the South Marco Beach is a short walk to the west.
