Beautifully updated and nicely furnished condo with large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Private gate with 24-hour security. Beautiful pool overlooking the beach. Clubhouse with fitness center. Both gas and charcoal grills. Covered private parking spot - laundry room on same floor. Redington Towers is located within walking distance of restaurants. Condo has walk in shower, plenty of closet space, tile throughout, electric storm shutters, two flat tv’s, stereo, cable and WiFi included. Kitchen is fully stocked, dining room seats 8. Living room has 2 leather couches & recliners, and an oversized large bedroom with 2 beds (King and Queen). Both the Living Room & Bedroom have spectacular views of the Gulf Beaches.

Close to John's Pass for great shopping and dining. Restaurants within walking distance include The Friendly Tavern, Beach Pizza, Seabreeze Island Grill, Wahoo's Waterside Pub, Broke and Bored Grill and Candy Kitchen for dessert. Also close to the Seabird Sanctuary, boutique stores, as well as shopping areas such as Portobello Square, Tyrone Square Mall and many community parks. The trolley stops directly in front of The Towers and provides convenient, inexpensive transportation to nearby beaches and attractions. Easy driving to theme parks such as Busch Gardens in Tampa. Less than 2 hours away from Orlando.
