The upstairs living area has a 55 inch TV with Roku for your

viewing pleasure.

Complimentary Direct Stream TV, Netflix Also provided is a DVD player.

There is a sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner chair. There are decks facing the beach on each level

The downstairs living area can be closed off for privacy (a 4th bedroom, with a sleeper sofa). It has a 42 inch TV, a DVD player, and a Roku with complimentary Direct Stream TV, Netflix and Sirius XM Radio .

Kitchen:

A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee pot that can make a pot of coffee or a Keurig single cup. The kitchen has recently been brightened up by the installation of white quartz counter-tops.

Bedrooms:

You will be pleased to find TVs in each bedroom, with Direct Stream TV and Netflix. Each bedroom has its own private bath, and white linen service for fresh sheets and duvet covers changed for each guest.

We have removed the decorative quilts, shams and comforters and anything that cannot be washed between guests.

The master suite offers a king bed, black out drapes, and an amazing view of the Gulf from a private balcony, as well as a walk-in shower with seamless glass doors and an in-shower bench in the private bathroom. The balcony is furnished with furniture for relaxing and

watching the sun rise and set over the Gulf.

The upstairs guest suite offers a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bath.

The first level queen bedroom has a kitchenette of its own with a Keurig coffee maker as well as a private bathroom.

We provide a pack and play. Bring your own sheets.

Outdoor living

NEW Decks! This corner unit offers guests striking gulf views from inside the home and from any of the home's four outdoor decks! This townhouse has outdoor seating on all 4 levels, so you can take in the amazing views and really get to know the Emerald Coast

Walk out directly to the beach. No shoes required!

Beach chair setup is included March through October. (a $225+ tax value!)

Tents and canopies ARE allowed on our beach, but highly discouraged.

6 beach towels provided. Stored in cabinet across from laundry room. Please leave them behind when you leave.

2 baby gates are provided for you child's safety and your piece of mind. Grill is provided. Feel free to use the gas that is there. If empty, pay it forward and get a refill.

While 20 Sandollar provides you an initial supply of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies, we recommend you bring backups to get you through your stay. Don't forget the sunscreen!

We do also supply a number of plastic Adirondack chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys. Of course, this is assuming the previous guests have left them there in good condition,

We have a local representative is available for your convenience and peace of mind.

NOTE...We are following strict guidelines for cleanliness and sanitation. As such, we are following all suggested guidelines and have removed all quilts, shams and blankets. Duvet covers and sheets are replaced after each guest. We will have blankets, cleaned and in closet for your use. If used leave on beds, so we know to switch them out for the next guest.

HURRICAINE OR STORM POLICY:

If you are traveling during the Atlantic Hurricane Season, (June 1 - November 30) we strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance. Normal cancellation policies apply. You will receive a full refund ONLY if the townhouse has been issued evacuation orders.

Other things to note

We provide towels depending on the number of guests in your party. Please accurately report how many guests you have in your party so we can put out enough towels for your stay.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR TRAVEL PLANS ACCORDINGLY as we cannot accept early check in or check out requests at this time.

This is a no smoking property...

There is no smoking allowed in the house or on any of the outdoor decks.

Please read the house manual prior to your arrival to become familiar with the rules and nuances of the property.

Please be respectful of our property and leave it in as good of condition as you find it. Keep the bbq clean and bag all trash and place in receptacles in front of the house.

You will be charged $450 if, upon departure, we find excessive dirt, sand piles, un-bagged trash left inside the house or if the furniture has been moved between floors, excess wear and tear to the unit or furniture.

Getting around
You can rent a golf cart, Uber and Lift are in the area. It would be convenient to have a car or golf cart, but many restaurants and beach shops are also in walking distance.
