The heated saltwater pool and jetted spa are nestled within a large screened-in pool cage, offering the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sun, with a view of the surrounding greenery that’s only going to get better as the vegetation matures.
Comfortable Accommodations for 5 Guests
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The master bedroom offers a restful retreat with a 55" smart TV, a generous walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, including a raindrop shower. The first guest bedroom has a beachy feel, offering a queen-size bed and smart TV, with easy access to the patio for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The third bedroom doubles as a versatile office space, equipped with a workstation, computer screen, wireless printer, and a full-size pull-out couch. For those who like to stay active, we’ve also included a full rack of dumbbells (5-25 lbs) and a weight bench.

Our home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The living room features a 75" smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The master bedroom offers a restful retreat with a 55" smart TV, a generous walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower featuring dual shower heads, including a raindrop shower.
For your convenience, the home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected. A washer and dryer are available for your use, so you can pack light and do laundry at your leisure. The kitchen is nicely appointed with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker—just be sure to bring your favorite Keurig pods to enjoy your morning coffee.
The home’s decor reflects a relaxed beach style, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Located in a serene setting with a southerly-facing backyard, our home overlooks the canal and offers views of the first hole tee-off at Pinehurst Golf Course. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to 5 local golf courses, while beach lovers are just a short drive from the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico—ideal for sunset views.
Security
For the safety of our guests and the property, be advised that there are security cameras on the exterior of the home at the doorbell, the driveway, both sides of the home and on the heater and pump in the back of the home. The security system records video and audio 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the home or in the lanai and pool area.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
One hundred (100%) percent refund if cancelled 60 days prior to check in date
If cancelled 30 days up to 60 days prior to check in date, fifty (50%) percent will be refunded
Zero (0%) percent refund if cancelled under 30 days prior to check in date (security deposit and cleaning fee will be returned)
No refunds for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered ( guest assume the risk). IMPORTANT: the owner urges you to purchase travel insurance to protect your travel arrangements and your costs of travel.

About the owner: We both grew up in the SouthCoast of Massachusetts, a beautiful area that we still call home when we’re not down in Rotonda West. Our connection to this part of Florida began with Nancy’s parents, who had a second home in Port Charlotte. Having spent some time visiting the area, it led us to discover Rotonda West.
When Nancy’s mother passed away several years ago, we knew we wanted to honor her memory in a special way. That’s why, when we completed construction on this home, we dedicated it to her and named it Juliette’s Landing. This home is more than just a retreat for us—it’s a place filled with warmth, memories, and love, and we’re thrilled to share it with others.
We hope that you’ll find the same sense of peace and joy here that we do, and that your stay at Juliette’s Landing will be as special for you as it is for us.
Why this property? When Nancy and I set out to build our dream home in Rotonda West, we knew we wanted a place that would maximize our time in the sun and embrace the best of indoor-outdoor living. That’s why we chose this particular lot—it faces south, ensuring that the lanai, pool, and living spaces are bathed in sunlight throughout the day.
We designed the home with indoor-outdoor living at its core. The zero-clearance sliders were a must-have, allowing us to seamlessly blend the interior with the exterior. Whether you’re enjoying a meal, watching TV on the 75" screen in the living room, or simply relaxing in the lanai, you can fully immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings.
What truly sets this property apart is the privacy and tranquility it offers. Unlike typical Florida neighborhoods, our views extend out onto the canal, with a small park across the street. This means no houses are blocking the view or crowding us on either side, allowing for a peaceful retreat. And even though the home is on Boundary Boulevard, it’s set far back from the street, giving us the quiet and seclusion we were looking for.
