Immaculate & Newly Remodeled

This unit was sparkling clean, well organized, newly remodeled, and well-furnished. The location is great for shopping and restaurants, and a straight shot to beaches, downtown,& sightseeing spots. We spent lots of time on the enclosed patio and its furniture, and appreciated the use of a grill, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella & shade, and even a cooler for the beach. The landscaping and neighborhood were lovely and well-kept. We certainly felt at home here, including some visiting family and our little dog.

Very comfortable townhouse

We stayed at this lovely townhouse in Fort Myers for two months. The two bedroom, two bathroom unit is fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable king bed in one room and a queen in the other. The location was great! Very close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Fort Myers beach. The pool was a wonderful. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

For complete relaxation, this is the place.

We spent nearly three months at this beautiful townhouse. What impressed us the most while we there was how easy it was to access everything from grocery stores to gas service stations. In a matter of minutes, we were also able to visit mini putts, many local parks, shopping malls, flea markets, and the list goes on. Villa sunrise townhouse is unique because the owner renovated it from top to bottom with quality appliances in the kitchen and top of the line furniture in the living room and the two bedrooms. Another thing: great television reception from the large screen. Also we were blessed with the high speed internet. As a final note, we wish to thank Alexandra Alber, who told us that she was there for us anytime should we require assistance.
