This recently updated vacation destination is a canal-front, three-bedroom, two-bath private home with swimming pool and dock located in a quiet neighborhood between Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Fort Myers. Fort Myers Beach is just three miles south, with Sanibel Island just eight miles to the west. Interior décor is contemporary, and landscaping is tropical. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby. Bring your boat and tie up at your private dock, as this property is on a canal that provides Gulf access. Amenities include central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, ceiling fans throughout, private laundry and all towels and linens are provided. There is ample off-street parking available. The completely screened in lanai has a covered portion that is very nicely furnished with a table seating six, two chairs with cocktail table, a gas barbecue grill, and the uncovered portion where the pool is located has other seating that includes lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing.

Enter through the double front doors and into the furnished foyer, then on into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There is beautiful luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. The bright and airy kitchen has plenty of quartz countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to whip up a full course meal, or just coffee and toast in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a double door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in one of the doors, a pull-out refrigerator drawer and a pull-out freezer drawer. There is an under-counter microwave oven, a 5-burner glasstop range with conventional oven as well as an air fry feature, a dishwasher and a stainless-steel sink. The peninsular bar has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side and three upholstered high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. The kitchen also has a pantry, Keurig coffee maker, and the laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also just off the kitchen. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six on an area rug, as well as extra counterspace with built-in wine cooler and drink cooler. Expansive sliding glass doors from the dining area provide access out to the screen-enclosed pool and lanai area. The dining area flows nicely into the expanded living area which is furnished with a leather sofa, accent tables and lamps, coffee table, electronic leather recliner, as well as an L-shaped leather sofa with coffee table on an area rug. Opposite this seating area is another leather recliner and a credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen TV above.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps on an area rug. There is also a 5-drawer chest with flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the lanai and pool area. The en suite bath and dressing area has a large walk-in closet, quartz top vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, wall mirrors, commode and a very nicely tiled large walk-in shower with glass wall and door, built-in bench, rainhead shower, as well as body washes and hand-held spray. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug, ample closet space and a credenza with flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors from here provide access out to the lanai and pool area. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug, ample closet space and a credenza with flat screen TV. The hallway guest bathroom has a quartz top vanity with storage beneath, wall mirror, commode and a combination tub/shower with full size rain shower head.
