The office has a queen sleeper sofa, a computer desk, and offers complete privacy in case you need to get work done. The kitchen is large with quartz countertops, top of the line appliances, and comes fully appointed. The dining room has a large table that seats 8, with access to the covered lanai. The house is located on a large, green lot with a covered lanai for outdoor entertaining, a 3 car garage, a washer and dryer, and plenty of storage. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush!

Wellen Park Golf and Country club is a gated community with an 18-hole golf course, golf pro-shop, pickleball and tennis courts, pools, gym, restaurant, and many planned on-site activities. There is a one-time $250.00 amenities and golf transfer fee per rental term (residents/renters have priority for tee time booking). The tenant is responsible for the golf cart fee of $30 + tax, per rental, per person.

Utilities are paid for the owner - internet, cable, garbage, water and landscaping. Non-smoker only, and an excellent credit is a must.
