Our Property is owned and has been very well maintained by us! 1st Floor Unit which has an incredible view of the Lake from the Lanai.

2 Bedrooms, and 2 Full Baths as well as a separate garage for parking your vehicle, and also a separate parking space!

The condo is equipped with all semi new appliances, and new mattress in the Main Bedroom. The living room has state of the art HDTVs, wireless internet, and is supported by Hotwire Communications. The kitchen is smallish, but fully equipped for all of your cooking and in house dining needs.

The condo is available for rent currently from January 2-April 16th of 2025, and we do have openings for this fall and winter as well. The homeowner’s association requires at least a 30 day minimum rental. For rentals that are 2 months, we offer 1 week FREE RENT, meaning the paid stay must be at least 2 months to earn your free week.

We love the amenities at Bridgewater Bay, as there are 2 swimming pools, many beautiful walking paths, pickleball and tennis courts, and a fitness center at the Clubhouse. The community is gated and very safe, in the lovely neighborhood of North Naples, and just 5 short miles to the nearest Beaches—Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park.

Upon lease signing a refundable $600 deposit is due in full. This is refunded w/in 15 days after your rental and return of the keys.

About the host

: I purchased this property in late 2008 because I loved traveling to the Southwest Florida area, especially Naples, and found the community at Bridgewater Bay to be very welcoming, and just really beautiful when you see the grounds, palm trees, clubhouse, and the general area. We have rented the unit primarily during the winter season every year but one since 2008.

My husband and I use the condo and travel there on a regular basis. It is peaceful and very relaxing, as well as so many activities to choose from if you are a fan of fishing, water sports, or just walking the various beaches in Naples.

I am a licensed CPA, and love getting to know those who rent our unit. We strive to be really good rental managers, and are typically very responsive to your potential needs.
