It's about a 15-minute drive to some of Charlotte County's best beaches, Englewood Beach, Manasota Key, and Boca Grande. This location is also about 15 minutes to Boca Grande and The Historical Gasparilla Inn. You are close to shopping in every direction as well as many of the best restaurants you can find anywhere.
If you want to check out Old Florida, you have to visit Dearborn Street with its many shops and restaurants. Most offering live music all year round and outdoor seating.

About the owner: I'm retired and living my best life in Florida since 2013. I've lived in many communities in South West Florida, but this is by far the best location for it's proximity to so many cool beaches, such as the beach on Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Venice Beach, and Manasota Key.
Why this property? If you want a taste of "Old Florida" this is the place you want to be. There is nostalgia as you walk through our community and are reminded of the days not so long ago when this was a bustling resort with many celebrities enjoying their winters in this lovely area.
