Comfortable, modern accommodations include 2 handicapped-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, with an additional large master suite upstairs. The main floor master has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with new upscale shower. The guest room on the main floor has a king that can be converted to 2 twins on request. Both downstairs bedrooms have new Purple brand mattresses. The covered lanai with tv next to the newly restored private, heated pool will be your favorite spot for relaxing and dining for up to 8 people. A new fold out queen sofa bed in the main family room can sleep guest number 7 and 8. Extras include new grill, private outdoor hot/cold shower, wine bar, and plenty of beach toys. Eat in kitchen seats 4.

We’ve taken this opportunity (Ian!) to make doorways handicapped accessible, make the kitchen larger, and add special touches like a wine bar.

Fort Myers Beach is recovering nicely from Hurricane Ian, which struck the island 2 years ago. Multiple restaurants are open and within walking distance, as well as gas stations, Publix grocery, and retail shopping stores that are steadily reopening. Get to the beach through a deeded access point for our neighborhood just a quiet, 5 minute stroll from the house. The island is beautiful once again, and this place has it all!
