Renovation is almost complete on our beautiful canal home located mid-island near Publix in the desirable Glenview neighborhood on Ft Myers Beach. Be on the water immediately from your own dock, and walk to the sugar-white beach down a quiet street in minutes. Comfortable, modern accommodations include 2 handicapped-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, with an additional large master suite upstairs. The main floor master has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with new upscale shower. The guest room on the main floor has 2 twin beds or a conversion to a king. Both bedrooms have new Purple brand mattresses. The covered lanai with tv next to the new private, heated pool will be your favorite spot for relaxing and dining for up to 8 people. A new fold out queen sofa bed in the main family room can sleep guest number 7 and 8. Extras include new grill, private outdoor shower, wine bar, and plenty of beach toys. Eat in kitchen seats 4.
Updated photos post-renovation are forthcoming when the entire first floor is complete this fall. We are discounting 10% for booking prior to new photos being posted. Pre-hurricane photos are attached, but wait until you see the new place!
Dock available for tie up of a personal watercraft or pontoon.

The outdoor shower is an addictive and relaxing upgrade that we fell in love with on our adventures in Hawaii. The quiet neighborhood is monthly rentals only. The beach is just a short stroll, as are the wonderfully reopened restaurants: Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro both within 2 blocks. We’ve taken this opportunity (Ian!) to make doorways handicapped accessible, make the kitchen larger, and add special touches like a wine bar.

Area Information
Fort Myers Beach is recovering nicely from Hurricane Ian, which struck the island 2 years ago. Multiple restaurants are open and within walking distance, as well as gas stations, Publix grocery, and retail shopping stores that are steadily reopening. Get to the beach through a deeded access point for our neighborhood just a quiet, 5 minute stroll from the house. The island is beautiful once again, and this place has it all!

Is there any discounts?
There is a 10% discount while we finish restoration for your trust in our upgrades! Photos will be supplied when available. Discount applies only until renovation photos are posted.
Are there seasonal discounts?
If you rent 6 months or more, a 15% discount will be applied. (Not to be combined with other discounts).
What is required to hold a reservation?
Refundable $500 deposit and 10% of rental fee with contract (provided when requested) will hold your reservation
What is the cancellation policy?
All funds including the deposit will be refunded if canceled within 30 days of your reservation date. If less than 30 days, funds will be returned if the property can be re-rented.
