Two Bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house on Matlacha Island in a quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished with an outside shower house and a boat dock. Each bedroom has a TV. Cable and Internet are provided. House is on the water with direct access to the Gulf.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet of a private home and still be close to the beach and shopping. The fishing on Matlacha Island and Area is a Fisherman's Dream. Whether you are using your own boat or a Fishing guide in the area...I am sure you will not be disappointed.
This is a great place to get away and enjoy each other's company and be able to fish, kayak, or take your boat out on the water. The beach is a 40 minute drive.
The home is available for a 4 night weekend stay, weekly, or monthly rental. Bring your boat and enjoy the water.

Matlacha Island is a quaint Island with lots of history. The Island is known for great fishing and is centrally located for your convenience of exploring all the great things that Southwest Florida has to offer.
Cape Coral with its serene beauty is minutes away with lots of great places to eat and lots of shopping
Fort Myers Beach is app. 40 minutes away.
Southwest Airport is 48 minutes away. Lots of car rental companies at the airport.

Notes:
Security deposit is refundable within 7-10 days of departure if there is not any damage or extra cleaning needed.
Security deposit and rental deposit of 50% of rental cost is due upon confirmation & registration. Balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival unless it is a last minute rental within the 60 day time frame.
If an emergency cancellation is needed within the 60 day time frame then the owner will refund only if the house can be re rented for the cancelled time. The refund will be prorated. The booking fee is nonrefundable.
