Light and bright open floor plan offer new tile floors throughout and newly installed carpets in the bedrooms. This home has plenty of sunlight through large sliding glass doors that fully open up to the outdoor lanai area. There are plenty of seats in front of a 65" TV in the spacious family room, which is perfect for family gathering, enjoying movie nights and playing board games! Master bedroom also has a 55" TV for your enjoyment.

The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet.
