The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet with luggage racks and shelves. The second bedroom is outfitted with twin beds. Both bedrooms, along with the living room, are equipped with big-screen smart TVs offering cable service, Netflix, and Roku, as well as free WiFi. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the screened-in lanai, complete with outdoor lounging and dining areas. Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
