The fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances is the perfect place to make a quick snack or full course meal that you can enjoy either at the dining room table or out on the balcony. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and large ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom, luggage racks with shelves. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed. But that’s not all! This unit also comes full equipped with free WiFi, sleeper sofa with queen mattress, screened-in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, washer and dryer. There is an assigned covered parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. There is an elevator located in the center of the building complete with a luggage cart to bring your luggage and groceries up to the condo. Great Island Access and Family Atmosphere
The condo was exactly as advertised. Right outside the pool and splash pad, which was great for the kids. Fantastic location, literally on the other side of the bridge into Anna Maria Island. Can’t get any closer unless you stayed on the island itself. Provided tons of suggestions and app to help make it a wonderful family stay!

Already looking forward to coming back
This is our 3rd year in a row renting this condo and we rented for a month. When it comes to the condo itself, we love all the space we have in the living area outside the bedrooms, the light pastel colors and coastal decorating style, the 2 big bedrooms, the comfy bed, the swimming pool right outside our building front door, and the big balcony with the great sunsets. Then in terms of the location, we love the short hop to the various beaches on Anna Maria Island (even walkable to Holmes Beach), the nearby preserves for morning and evening walks, the convenience of being close to plenty of restaurants in each direction, and 2 Publix stores (one in each direction).We also enjoyed all the friendly people we met at the pool outfront, and with having stayed 30 days, the access to the Harbour Isle clubhouse and their bands, bar, pool and walks around the lake in the development.And last but not least, we appreciate the easy checkin and checkout and the warm communication and support we received from the Coastal Chic Vacations team throughout our stay.Bottom line — we can’t wait to come back again next year!
