Nice location and quiet during our visit in July 2024. Several towels and washcloths which is always a plus. Kitchen is wonderful and well stocked with cooking ware. Master toilet would make strange noises after being flushed, but it did not bother us enough to call for maintenance. Very nice view of the water from the balcony. Although we brought our own, the condo came with 5 beach chairs and a cart to transport them. Our family could easily walk to the beach. Some possible issues for those with limited mobility - condo is only accessibly from a flight of stairs. Beach access is walk through the parking lot, across the street, and down a walkway-again, not a problem for our family, but could be for those with little ones or those with limited mobility. Two points of importance: The parking garage is LOW. Our luggage on our Traverse ladder rack would not fit the clearance. No black out curtains on bedroom windows so light sensitive sleepers had hard time sleeping in.

We were very pleased with the condo. The balcony over the sound was very nice at night and large enough to dine al fresco as well as relax out there overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Beach access was within walking distance and the condo provided a wagon and beach chairs, so that was great! The only downside was a group of what sounded like teenagers staying at one of the condos. If they were out on their balcony, it was no longer peaceful and relaxing. We could hear every word that they loudly said. Even with that, I liked it enough that I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing but great things to say about the condo. We come to the area annually and will consider staying here in the future. The parking garage is a bit difficult to maneuver when you drive a truck, but you figure it out with some patience. My only true gripe was the maintenance man who may as well have been named Karen. He was knocking down our door at 8 AM our first night there because the golf cart we rented wasn’t allowed to be parked in the garage (dumb rule to begin with). He acted as if I committed the crime of the century and was very rude. I have two little kids who were sleeping at the time and he woke them up with how loud he knocked. A rules a rule and I get it, but that could have waited until a bit later in my opinion. Also, what’s the issue with parking a golf cart? It was in a guest spot and there were barely any other cars in the garage. Like I said, typical Karen.Anyways, thanks for having us! We’d love to stay again!
