This home is newly remodeled including a new bathroom and 2 new kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and complimentary beverage center. You will enjoy our relaxing living room furniture and one of the dining rooms has a pull out bench for additional seating. You will experience the most comfortable beds you've ever slept on. Your relaxation and worry free vacation is important to us!
There is plenty of parking for your boat, jet ski's and most RV's! Also,there's a free island trolly to take you throughout the Island. This home is located in the most charming, quiet and family oriented neighborhood on the Island. We offer 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms that can be separated into (2) 2 bedroom units for renting separately. This entire duplex has a unique inside door connecting both units so it can be rented as a 4 bedroom or 2 separate 2 bedrooms each side. Contact us if you have questions of renting half of the duplex.This listing includes both sides for a total of 4 bedrooms!
We want to make your dreams a reality, contact us to book your Island vacation today! Winter months will be gone in a flash! No contact check in. You will be provided with a code before your arrival. A hospitality team member will meet you within a day after your arrival to answer any questions about the operating of equipment or to share what is fun to do and see in the area. You will be provided with a phone number in case an emergency should arise or if you have questions that may come up during your stay. Our property manager, Goose and Gander are a personalized family business and they live right on the Island.
So many items are included for your stay. From bicycles (adult and childrens) helmets, bike locks, beach umbrellas and comfy beach chairs, coolers, wagons, to pool toys and floats, board games, nintendo switches with game cartridges. New outdoor table with seating for 8!
Nice baby equipment too! Pack and play portable cribs, highchairs, jogging stroller, life jackets, the list goes on!

Why Kids Love It
Kids play for hours in the shallow part of the pool, the lazy river, being only 15 inches deep! Crystal clear and always a comfortable temperature, its colorful lights are always talked about by our guests children!
When evening rolls around, the Nintendo Switch with its family friendly games is a great way to settle down before bedtime!

About the host: We are a close family who have vacationed on Anna Maria Island for 20 years now. Finally have a slice of paradise to visit and some day retire to! We've traveled extensively and beach vacations are our favorite. Never thought we could find the most beautiful beach and water right here in the USA. Once we found this quaint Island with it's laid back vibe, family friendly mom and pop shops and restaurants, and the most beautiful beaches, we never looked back!
Why this property? A Lazy River Day and Night has 2 pools connected by an adorable lazy river. Kids have a shallow area to play in for hours on end within the 'lazy river' part. Adults even laugh and enjoy riding through the lazy river from pool to pool. The water is always crystal clear and our guests swim comfortably in January due to it's tremendous heater!
The home is up a level from the ground (above garages) which had kept it safe from storms and flooding.
The convenience of having both sides of this duplex is beyond amazing because several couples, a group of friends or even grandparents can have some privacy on one side while their kids and grandkids can be on the other. There's even an inside door that you can unlock for when you want to be all together! In the fall, we can rent the sides separately. It's conveniently located within walking or biking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! The free Island Trolley stop is nearby as well. The neighborhood is quieter and family friendly. Neighbors enjoy suggesting their favorite spots for visitors to see.
