About the host: Robin and Dennis have been in Boston for 35+ years however they are both transplants from Detroit and Philadelphia respectively. They are still actively working as Executive Communication Coaches with The Speech Improvement Company. They tore down the existing house and rebuilt this one, completing it in September 2023. It has been designed with snowbirds in mind! We have a fabulous property manager Jodi who lives 2 miles away.
Why this property? This is by far one of the best locations in Florida. Dunedin has SO many fun things to do and you can do them all on the bike. The bike trail is flat and takes you all the way into town where you will find shops, restaurants, craft markets, live music and very happy people!

A FABULOUS rental
We absolutely loved this rental! First, it was incredibly clean, decorated beautifully, and the host was extremely accommodating and had excellent communication with us. Second, the rental was in a great location. We were so close to everything. This rental really thought of everything! We were excited to find bikes for our use, along with beach chairs and towels! Lots of details that I appreciated. I have never rented a place that had an electric kettle! I am definitely coming back! Thank you Robin!
