Comfortable and peaceful home with private saltwater pool and hot tub, 1.4 miles from the beach; 1 mile to the village. I have beach gear. Plenty of chairs, an umbrella, towels and coolers. Beautiful private back yard with grill and smoker in quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and peaceful retreat. Firesticks on 4 televisions. I do not allow large gatherings or parties.
I do live in a separate home on the property. I travel a lot so guests usually only see me at check in. I give lots of local tips, tricks and foodie advice.
Area Information
Quiet neighborhood walking or biking distance from the village where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. White sand beaches that are 98% crystal and never get hot on your feet! My local secret spots and tricks make your vacation even more special. Most of my guests come back again and again.

Why this property? My home isn’t your average Airbnb. My home is more like staying at a family members house. I have everything that you need in the kitchen. Everything that you need for the beach not missing anything allows you to pack lighter even Basic condiments for guests. The private pool and private hot tub are as peaceful as it gets on the island. With no street lights in our neighborhood you can gaze at the stars every single Clear. night.
