Patrick was an amazing host, very responsive, has positive vibe, and extremely flexible too. I have a 11 months old baby; upon my request he responded in 10 mins and let us to check-in way earlier. We had everything at home, only dishwasher soap was missing. I texted him and just in an hour dishwasher soap along with a surprise chocolate box appeared at our door step. The home was spotless. If you look for a private backyard to relax during your stay, this is the home! All appliances are brand new and very clean. We all appreciated the towels, towel dryer tower in the bathroom, colorful lights in the master bedroom and big tv screens. We truly enjoyed our stay! Naples is a fantastic place too. The beautiful beach is 10mins away with a giant parking available with multiple entries during the day you pay. Restaurants are superb too especially the Italian ones in Marceto.
