Enjoy a peaceful get away with this beautiful home in Largo. Located 3.7 miles from Indian Rock Beach. Quiet neighborhood not far from golf courses or the Pinellas trail. Close to shopping and restaurants. The home has 3 bedrooms with tv's in each room. The kitchen is well stocked for a comfortable stay to be able to stay in or go out. Laundry located in the home. The garage has games for the kids and items for the pool or the beach. The pool is a great relaxing area with a sitting area and deep end. The pool does need to be repainted. It can be heated for an additional cost. There is a propane firepit to enjoy the evenings around as well.
Area Information
Largo is 34 minutes from the Tampa Airport and 25 min from the St Pete airport. The house is just a short distance to John's Pass or Clearwater Beach. We enjoy going to Sand Keys Beach as well or down to Treasure Island.
