With 10’ ceilings and recent upgrades, this unit boasts gorgeous flooring throughout, as well as special touches like shiplap accent walls, that add instant character and creates a feel and look beyond all other rentals. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen for all of your vacation needs and features a full balcony with access from both the master bedroom and living room.

Enjoy your early morning coffee, made at the coffee bar, or a beautiful evening on the balcony and enjoy dinner and drinks while you take in all the views of what this unit has to offer. The views from the penthouse of the marine life, the gulf, the pier, and the sunsets are second to none!

The unit offers a king master bedroom that has access doors to the balcony, a walk-in closet and a beautiful private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is also a bunk room with a twin over full bunk. Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room allowing this unit to sleep 8 people in comfort. With a laundry room featuring a full-sized washer and dryer, this unit is perfect for your next get-away!

WIFI is available in this unit and throughout the building.
From March 1 through October 31, your rental includes TWO beach chairs with padded cushions and ONE large beach umbrellas, all set up for you each day on the beach.

For stays 28 days or fewer, you will receive one free admission to each of the 7 attractions on each day of your stay, including the day you check in and check out!

* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. For shopping, morning coffee at Starbucks, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s hard to beat Pier Park. Just walk across the street to enjoy all they have to offer. They even have an IMAX theater.

Next door to Pier Park is Miracle Strip - an amusement park with rides, games, and activities for all ages.

For casual fine dining, there are many choices in town, but our personal favorite so far is FireFly. They specialize in fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, and their She Crab soup is outstanding.

If you’d like a close up visit with the ocean life, a visit to Gulf World Marine Park will allow you to meet Dolphins, Sea Lions, Turtles, Birds, Reptiles, and lots of our local inhabitants!
