Spacious haven with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and full size kitchen, dining, great room 668 SqFt /100 SqFt front porch, high end accommodations at reasonable rates for up to four adults.
This Guest House has features not often seen in nearby accomodations and functions as a large one bedroom apartment. The open concept great room has 10 foot high ceilings, a beautiful "carriage house" chandelier, multiple pendant and recessed lights- all on dimmers.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a 7Ft island with 4 base cabinets with pull out trays that make an ideal pantry. The island provides counter high seating for two for casual dining. All appliances are stainless and counter tops are granite. French Door refrigerator has water dispenser and pull out freezer drawer.
The Dining area features a table that can accommodate up to six for meals and can also function as a computer workspace or game table.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with two multi-drawer side chests and a easy to access 9ft wide closet.
The full bath can either be entered off the main hallway or through the bedroom's pocket door. The gorgeous bathroom features a large corner shower with glass enclosure and floor to celing marble tile. There is also a furniture piece vanity with extra counter space and a recessed mirrored medicine cabinet for ample storage.

KEYLESS ENTRY
Your keyless entry ACCESS CODE to the side door private entry will be texted to you prior to your arrival. Before attempting to use the ACCESS CODE and open the entry door, push on the door so that it is completely closed tight.
Hit any key on keypad to light up the keypad 1st - you will hear "hello" then enter the 6 digit code followed by the # sign!
The admin will share the code of lock with you in a text prior to arrival.
COMMUNITY POOL
Pool use is complimentary with access braclets that are provided. Pool is not heated. Please take your braclets when you use the pool.

GARBAGE COLLECTION
Garbage collection is on Tuesday and Friday. Please put your garbage in the cans outside by the left side of the GH carport/driveway on Monday and Thursday nights. The community has people to take them to the curb and bring them back.
WIRELESS INTERNET
To access the wireless internet: name of network= cakes 5G, password= will be provided to you prior to your arrival (case sensitive).
TV and INTERNET
Guest agrees that we cannot guarantee the availability of internet or television services, as interruptions occur from time to time that are beyond our control. No refunds will be given due to interruptions of these services. Guest is responsible for the cost of any pay per view or similar items ordered during the term of Guest’s stay. Guest agrees to use the internet in accordance with all laws, and Guest is responsible for any costs or fines associated with illegal use of internet services.
PHONE SERVICE
The GH does not have phone service, and cell phone service cannot be guaranteed.
HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING
Guest agrees not to set the heat above 70 degrees or the air conditioning below 74 degrees. Guest is responsible for the repair of damage that occurs to HVAC systems due to violation of this rule.
CLEANING
Each reservation includes a home cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not provided and it is the responsibility of the guest to maintain the cleanliness of the home during the term of a stay. At the end of a guest’s stay the home will be cleaned by a professional cleaning staff.

Atlantis in SEACREST BEACH is in the SWEET SPOT between the SEACREST VILLAGE/ROSEMARY/ALYS BEACH and ALYS BEACH on beautiful 30A. Scenic highway! 30A was the first county road to be designated as an official scenic highway by the state of Florida. It’s about 19 miles long and runs along the Gulf of Mexico between Destin and Panama City.
30A is pretty special because it is made up of 16 different communities, including SEACREST BEACH. This area stretches from Dune Allen Beach to Inlet Beach. Each neighborhood has its own style and personality that makes it different from the rest.
30A is in SOUTH WALTON COUNTY, and in this area, there are 200 miles of biking and hiking trails, providing visitors with more outdoor activities. You’ll love enjoying the beauty of nature as you walk through the woods and beside marshes. There’s also a 19-mile paved biking area called 30A Bike Path, also known as the Timpoochee Trail. It runs along coastal dune lakes and through the charming beach communities.

About the owner: Love hosting in "paradise" where the beaches are second to none! I have to pinch myself since I live here.
Love the resort environment that is mindful of the natural habitat. This area is home to one of the few beaches in the world that 5 of the 7 species of Sea turtles nest from May to September.
Activities include daily beach walks with Ellie, my sweet maltese mix and bicycling on the many bike paths in our area. Also a big pickleball fan!
Why this property? My husband was lucky to learn that the developer was offering a few lots for sale in 1998. Ofcourse there was absolutely nothing in the area. Rosemary had barely gotten started. No Pier Park, No Ays, No Restaraunts, etc. but we decided to take him up on his offer. Little did we know what would happen over the next 20+ years. Living in Atlantia, we decided in 2004 to build a "beach house" and were one of the 1st homes in the Community of Seacrest Beach. Who knew?
