Scenic Hwy is only a 2-lane road with minimal THRU-TRAFFIC. Enjoy a 3-mile long multi-use path that is bike and pet-friendly.
Our condo is located only 240 steps from the Public Beach Access at the corner of Hutchinson St and Scenic Hwy 98. Camille's at Crystal Beach is located just next door, offering an open-air Cafe for breakfast and lunch, and dinner in their upstairs restaurant.

I am originally from Tennessee and moved to the Florida Panhandle in 2005. I practiced as a medical speech pathologist for 17 years, which is what brought me to the area nearly 20 years ago. Warren is originally from Pensacola and is in the cancer medicine field.
Back in 2017, we formed a flipping company to buy, renovate, and sell homes in our area. While we still “flip” houses, we decided that something was missing — the people! We enjoy meeting new people and making them happy. So, we decided to create a rental company where we could help others get a taste of the beauty we experience every day — the emerald water, sugar-sand beaches, awesome fishing, and amazing cuisine!
We feel so grateful that we get to host others from all over the United States. It has become our passion to create an unforgettable stay for our guests — so much so that you never want to leave. We put extra attention into each of our rentals and build them to feel comfortable — just like home. We cannot wait for you to stay with us!
Why this property? While we were renovating our personal home, we stayed in an Airbnb for 6 weeks, and it was located in Crystal Beach. We absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood! We live only 2 miles away, but Crystal Beach feels completely different. It is so quiet and relaxing. But, being so close to US Hwy 98 and Mid Bay Bridge, you still have easy access to everything when you want it! We enjoy spending time at the condo, with family and friends, when we want a little staycation and a break from our "real lives"!
