Only 3 steps into this one level totally renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage like house. This beachy feel will help you sit back and relax. Fresh paint and décor will give you a good feeling.
The 65 in TV has access to Prime & Netflix along with a DVD player & several movies. The kitchen area has all major appliances, LG Washer& dryer,
eating & cooking utensils and an ice maker. Bring your charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. Then sit on the large deck or play yard games.
The space
Newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and LG washer and dryer are new. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space and shelves, plus benches for storage. Large deck and yard in the back The shed has a few beach supplies. The sofa is also a queen sleeper.
Guest access
The entire house is for the guests, One keypad code will be issued to the primary individual. The code will be used during the entire stay. Do not lock the door knob.
Other things to note
I have furnished this house to accommodate myself and my family when we get the opportunity to go for a stay. I do hope you find all the comforts of your home while you are away. You will find games for ages 5&up. My three grandsons approve of these games. They enjoy sitting with family and having fun. I have added a fire pit so you can enjoy other aspects if weather allows.
The backyard is open and quiet.
Unique Benefits
One level house all to yourself. You will enjoy the massive deck out back with lawn chairs and a glider. Play a game of corn hole if you like a little fun and competition. There is a small fire pit so bring your wood if you would like to enjoy a night outside for a bit. I have supplied a charcoal grill for your use. Just bring some charcoal and use the utensils that are supplied. Use the dishwasher for easy clean up with the supplied detergent.
Why Kids Love It
A very large, fenced back yard allows children to play without dashing away. You will find several outdoor toys for ages 5 and up. There is a newly built park about one block away which is a short walk. So, bring your basketball, tennis rackets and tennis balls. The quiet neighborhood offers level streets for a nice bike ride.

A short drive to Downtown Panama City is a historical area with local food options, a Flea Market on most Saturdays during the summer and spring months. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights in the Harrison Ave, Downtown area. You will find many places to rent boats, jet skis and other water sport activities. St. Andrews area is beautiful day and night. There is a lovely park that does have an entry fee of $10 or less for the entire carload.

About the owner: Hello, thanks for reading my short Bio. Originally from West Virigina, I ventured to North Carolina by way of the US Army. After 15 years of that life, I landed and grew roots in Middle TN. I enjoy traveling, live music, dancing and working with people directly. I have worked mostly in a sales type of business as a Self Employed Entrepeneur.
Why this property? I visited Panama City Fl often with my family for the past 30 years. A friend in TN was selling this house and I decided to purchase it without even going to see it in person. This is perfect house for just me once I decide to retire. I completely renovated the interior to give this house a warm beachy feel for myself and guests.
Even though it's not right at the beach, I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the historical areas of St Andrew's and downtown Panama City.
