There is also a vibrant day and nightlife in Downtown Fort Myers within 25 min where events, theatre and great restaurants await.
Barbara B Mann Theatre 15 min away for top theatre and music productions. Health Park Medical Centre is a 5 min drive. You will have plenty to see and do!

About the owner: Hi and thank you for your interest in our condo! We have enjoyed our condo for many years and are glad to offer it to snowbirds that also want to enjoy the sunshine! We take really good care of the condo, keep it in great shape and offer everything you need for a worry free vacation. We want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. We look for renters that will treat it like their own and respect the community.
Why this property? We decided on this lovely community as it was so unique from many others we looked at. The beautiful lake views and expansive community setting had us from the moment we drove in. We also loved that it was so close to the beach and shopping and entertainment. The large resort style pool and inclusive community atmosphere is so inviting and really makes for an enjoyable vacation you'll treasure for years to come.
