Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath house on a wide water view canal is walking distance 10 min walk to the public beach entrance. The Pool area has lots of Sun and has a bathroom, and BBQ. It has a heated pool and jacuzzi. The bedrooms have a King in master. The Guest Bedrooms have a Queen and Twin Beds.
Boat Dock NOT LIFT Contact local marinas for storage of boat trailers. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on driveways or in yards.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
