The view is everything. The South end of the Island is the quieter end, with less traffic. Restaurants are opening every week on the entire island, including on the South end! Near Lover's Key, you can avoid the traffic on the North end and explore the State Park within a few minutes' drive. New grilling area and a gorgeous pool with new pool furniture for guests to use. Covered, dedicated carport space. Beautifully restored condo grounds with new landscaping. Our building was one of the first open and recovered on the island after Hurricane Ian. While many condo complexes struggle to restore their property grounds, you'll be impressed with our complex's beautiful achievements!
The Little Estero Wildlife Estuary is directly in front of the condo and you'll see professional photographers snapping photos of the plentiful wildlife. A very short walk around the estuary brings you to the water. If you are familiar with Ft Myers Beach, our building is directly next to the former Wyndham property.

The Southern End of Fort Myers Beach boasts the largest beach and easy access on and off the island through Bonita Springs. Nearby Lover's Key State Park is just 2 miles away. Many restaurants are reopening after recovering from Hurricane Ian in September 2022. There may be some construction in the area during your stay as the island continues to recover from Hurricane Ian 3 years ago.
CVS is directly across Estero Blvd, Santini Plaza, Fish Tale Marina. Twice weekly farmer’s market at Santini Plaza. Ice cream, pizza, a hardware and liquor store, among other shopping and convenience stores across the street in Santini Plaza.
Flippers on the Bay, Fresh Catch Bistro, Nervous Nellie’s, Coste at Diamondhead, Snug Harbor, Doc Fords.
Take the next-to-free Lee Tram for easy access around the island. Rent bikes. Go to Lover's Key in a rental pontoon and follow it up with lunch at a bayside restaurant like Nervous Nellies or Doc Fords. A day you'll remember! Traffic is much less congested heading South off the island during high season.

Rosen uses a flexible price based on high season, off season, holidays, etc. Prices above are a very close estimate. We will arrange your connection with Rosen if you express interest for a complete quote including all adjusted rates and fees, as well as the rental contract.
Additional fees: $10 a day damage insurance/reservation fee, credit card processing fee of 5% of rental rate pre-tax.
