We require a 60-day minimum rental. Some exceptions may be considered. The maximum rental period is four months (January – April).
Once the Glades Board approves your paid application and you sign our rental agreement, the total rental fee for your entire stay, the cleaning fee, and the security deposit are due at least one month before your initial rental date. Once paid, no refunds will be granted unless we rent the condo to another for the same duration as your signed agreement.

About the host: My wife and I live in Naples full time. We have three grown sons and we love to travel and be outdoors. We purchased this property for family and for renters to use and enjoy.
Why this property? It is in an ideal location in Naples close to everything, and it sits in a gorgeous country club area with many amenities. It is freshly renovated and painted with all brand new appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can renters play golf at the two courses.
Absolutely! Unlimited golf after 12:00 PM on two immaculately maintained beautiful 18-hole golf courses: The Palmetto (executive) & The Pines. There is only a $95 fee to play 18 holes on The Pines Course (compared to $250-$350 a round in season on any comparable course). The fee is $47.50 to play 9 holes. Cart rental is $20. The Palmetto green fee is $47.50 for 18 holes. Walking, which is allowed, is free of charge. Many people walk both courses.
Are all other amenities open to renters?
Yes! Pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts are all available to renters at no cost.
