The exterior as well is equipped for enjoyment with a propane gas grill, a table top fire and four Adirondike chairs on the patio. The screened in lanai likewise has seating for four.

The full two car garage with a bump-out nook equipped with a tool bench covers all the bases for a high-end experience.

Five different outdoor venues provide live music 365 days a year. We are only 5 minutes from the newest venue, Sawgrass, that also has COVERED outdoor seating, an outdoor bar and multiple eating establishments!

Two recreation centers are within 2 minutes, each have a family pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball. One also has a Mickylee Pitch and Putt adjacent.

An adult-only pool is three minutes away, and just down the road is a Championship golf course!
