About the host

: I have been coming to Marco since 1981 and have called it our permanent home for the last 13 years.

We live in the South Seas complex all year and offer a second unit that we manage for rent. Being on the property allows us to handle any problems, concerns or issues our renters may have immediately, with no middle man.

Why this property?

Fabulous accessibility to the beach, restaurants, shopping and island activities. Our complex includes a workout gym, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce, shuffle board, social activities, large swimming pool with showers and 132 boat docks for rent should you want to keep your boat here. No other property on the island offers both canal and Gulf of Mexico water access.

Nature settings, aquatic life, birding and wildlife right in the backyard. The sunsets can’t be beat. All that is missing is you.
