About this rental
Available for the 2025 winter season. This immaculately maintained 2 bedroom plus den with 3 full baths is available as a yearly rental or seasonal for 90 days minimum. The views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding area is spectacular and the condo lives like a beachfront home with over 3200 sq feet of space and a screened in lanai. Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom along with smart televisions and ample closet space. The den has a full/queen size sleeper sofa and it’s own bathroom. You’ll have plenty of space to sprawl out and entertain guests. We have recently installed a new a/c unit and a new washer and dryer in May 2024.
Our condo building is full of amenities that you’ll be able to enjoy and a brand new pool, hot tub and outdoor space that will be completed by the end of October. Additional amenities include a fitness center, 2 pickle ball courts, 2 tennis courts, outdoor grills, a 56 seat movie theater, rooftop lounge and outdoor seating to enjoy the amazing views especially sunsets! Our building sits right on the boardwalk in Park Shore and the beach is located just outside our lobby door. You’ll have access to the 2.5 mile boardwalk to enjoy walks or a jog along the coast.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in condo or on outdoor lanai. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the condo building.
A list of building rules and condo instructions will be provided upon your arrival.
No shared lease and the lease must be at least 90 days per HOA rules.
A $100 application fee and approval from building manager and board member(s) before rental agreement can be accepted.
Non refundable once rental contract has been signed by both parties.
Area Information
This condo is located in the Park Shore area of Naples and only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Venetian Village and only a short drive to the prestigious 5th avenue and Olde Naples. Also nearby is Waterside Shops and Mercato for upscale shopping and wonderful dining experiences. This location can’t be beat and is in the middle of it all! Located across the street is a marina that offers boat rentals so you can coast in the bay or adventure out into the Gulf.
