The exquisite outdoor living space includes a covered lanai, a sunning patio with lounge chairs, and a heated, saltwater pool, all under a screen enclosure. We know how relaxing a good, warm swim feels in the winter months, so at The Palmetto Escape, we keep the pool temperature set to 87* AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (no guarantee the water temp will stay at 87* if the weather gets cool).
The lanai/patio is equipped with a table and 8 chairs, complete with a Weber gas grill (gas provided). The entire backyard is surrounded by a 6’ high solid fence and includes an additional privacy screen centerpiece for added privacy.
The garage is available for your vehicle. Also parked in the garage is our large collection of bikes. Enjoy biking on miles of quiet roads with the 10 bikes provided for all ages, including a pull-behind bike cart for the toddlers. If you want helmets, please bring your own.
We have you covered with beach/pool gear: foldable wagon w/ wide wheels for the sand, beach umbrella, sand toys, beach chairs, mats, beach rakes, face snorkels, swim noodles, beach towels, arm floaties, and a tripod to take those family pictures.
Comfortably sleep in 3 bedrooms on the new Sealy mattresses.
MASTER BEDROOM: Enjoy a King bed with ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The bathroom is accessible from the pool area. The master bedroom is outfitted with a desk and office chair, 27" computer monitor, dresser, and two nightstands.
BEDROOM 2: This room has a queen bed with a dresser, a desk, and two nightstands.
BEDROOM 3: A great room for the littles, this one has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a slide-out twin trundle bed. There's also a dresser in this room.
Traveling with a baby? We have a pack-n-play for you to use.
Relax in the spacious living room with a cathedral ceiling. Comfortable seating for 8 guests. Includes a 55” Samsung Smart TV (bring your own subscriptions), DVD player, and an HDMI cable to connect a computer. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is only one TV in the home. The thermostat is not locked, so you can adjust it to your comfort level.
Enjoy cooking in a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The all-new stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser. The kitchen is well-furnished with enough utensils and cookware for the entire family. Enjoy using the large island, complete with a bar and bar stools. Make your morning coffee in a drip coffee maker or take it to the next level with our 1.5L French press. An electric kettle makes it easy to heat your water.
A large-capacity washer and dryer are available for use. A starter amount of laundry detergent strips and fabric softener are provided.
Our hall closet is full of beach towels, board games, and a variety of toys for all ages.
