The Sunshine is a small motel just 100 yards from Hollywood North Beach. We have only six rental units, which include a one bedroom apartment, four efficiency studios and a motel room. The apartment and studios all have complete and fully equipped kitchens; full size fridge, apt size stove, microwave etc. The room has a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Linens are included. The central patio has patio furniture and a barbecue for your use. We have off street parking.

THERE IS NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
