About this rental
Our spacious 1-bedroom unit offers an open concept, kitchen with an oversized island counter, living room (with TV and Soundbar), dining room, and a desk area if a little working time is required. The large bedroom features a King-sized bed with nightstands, TV, walk-in closet, dresser and wardrobe. A 3-piece ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, dressing/vanity table and plenty of extra storage space. The rear 'Florida room' provides a nice place to relax, watch TV and has a sofa bed for overnight guests. It exits to the rear patio with a fixed awing with table and chairs. Overall, a great place for entertainment or relaxation and comfort. You’ll find all the amenities you need, including Air Conditioning (and Heating), ceiling fans, internet/Wi-Fi, cable TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher and refrigerator, semi-private pay washer/dryer.
Take advantage of the patio for relaxing dinner with friends, head over to the association's 2 pools conveniently located across the street, or a game field with bocce ball, horseshoes and shuffleboard for some Florida enjoyment. The clubhouse features a game room with pool table, books and puzzles, as well as plenty of tables for card games and kitchen.
The association is a 55+ community, with a mix of year-round residents and seasonal renter's, many of which return year over year creating a community atmosphere. The units are single-story with 4 units per building, and a shared walkway between 2 units.
Area Information
We are ideally located off I-95 via Woolbright Road. This location gives residents access to 2 public beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, restaurants, civic center, hospitals and medical centers, shopping, pharmacies, post office, the Boynton Beach Senior Center and more. The Boynton Beach Tri-Rail station is 10 min. away.
Most core shopping & services can be found within 1.5 miles from the condo, a majority is centered around Woolbright & Federal Hwy.
Another larger commercial area for shopping with an extensive selection of national chain stores is on N Congress Ave near Boynton Beach Blvd, one exit North on I-95.

Prime Catch – Fine dining, great for seafood, overlooking the Intercostal waterway, indoor/outdoor seating & a unique ‘Island bar’ outside.
Two Georges – Restaurant/Lounge/Sports bar with a large covered outdoor bar and seating section for food & drinks & entertainment on the Intercostal waterway.
Banana Boat - Restaurant/bar for an 'authentic Florida experience’ with a large covered outdoor bar and seating section for food & drinks on the Intercostal waterway.
