Sunbird Beach Resort is situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, adjacent to the renowned Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. This charming one-bedroom condominium comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline, allowing you to witness the sunrise over St. Andrew's State Park. Our location on South Thomas Drive places us approximately eight miles from Pier Park to the west and less than five miles from St. Andrew's State Park to the east. At Pier Park, you can explore excellent dining options, abundant shopping, and fishing opportunities on the pier. St. Andrew's State Park is a picturesque destination perfect for camping, fishing, hiking, or simply enjoying the scenic beauty.

Condo 1003E is located on the tenth floor of Sunbird Beach Resort. Please note that the minimum age requirement to rent this condo is 25, and there is a $50 registration fee payable on-site, along with a $69 damage waiver fee.

We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side. At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier. St. Andrew's state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
